They have won awards for their customer service and also the quality of their connection. They have won a Which? Recommended Provider award for Broadband Services 2014, a Good Housekeeping Reader Recommended 2014 award for Broadband and Phone Packages, a Simplifydigital Customer Choice Awards 2014 award for Best Value Broadband and Phone Provider & Best Customer Services, a Broadband Genie award for Best Broadband Provider and Best Budget Broadband 2014 and finally 2 uSwitch Broadband Awards 2014 for Best Value Home Broadband and Best Customer Service. So they must be doing something right!

They offer broadband speeds of up to 17mb via their normal phone line package and speeds of up to 76Mb via their top Unlimited Fibre package. You’ll need to pay line rental to Plusnet or another BT based landline provider to get their broadband.

Discounting low test counts, Plusnet are 3rd behind Virgin Media and BT with an average speed test result of 11.29Mb* on uSwitch and 4th behind Virgin Media, BT and Sky with an average speed test result of 12.98Mb** on broadband.co.uk.
